Job summary

ULTIMATE MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a qualified nurse to lead clinical services at our site, manage medical operations, and support emergency care for employees.

The role requires a registered nurse with 3+ years in related fields, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. On-site delivery at our Penang facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Nurse with Professional Certificate or Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years in related clinical/occupational health field.
• Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board.

Job description

Undertake clinical consultations and provide the requisite standard of service and care to patients attending the clinic.

Play an integral role in supporting the site in any emergency healthcare services for the workforce, overseeing all aspects of clinical and medical management within the clinic, including medical evacuation support.

Develop and execute Industrial Nurse programs.

Monitor and evaluate employee health.

Document all medical cases and ensure correct and proper storage of medical records.

Actively participate in the Company’s EHS Steering council, emergency and disaster drills.

Verify medical bills and manage employee medical claims.

Assist employees with Socso.

Send or accompany employee in ambulance to the hospital as required.

Prepare monthly report on employee’s MC rate and implement improvement programs for high MC takers.

Be on call and provide support during off-working hour if required.

Ensure compliance with occupational health legal and other requirement and support audits carried out by related government bodies and customers.

Conduct regular hygiene inspections of Company facilities to ensure safe, clean and conducive working conditions.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Registered Nurse – Registration with Malaysian Nursing Board

Proactive, flexible and able to work with minimum supervision

BLS / ACLS and Valid Annual Practicing Certificate

Knowledge in Medical Related Acts, Health and Safety practices

MS Office proficiency i.e Excel, Words and Power point

Experience in First Aid and ERT.
