Job summary

MEDIWIRA GROUP HOLDINGS SDN.BHD. in Selangor is seeking a Clinic Support role to assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks, coordinate patient care, and help maintain a high level of operational efficiency at the clinic.

You will manage medication stock, handle daily billing, organize the filing system, and ensure a clean, well-run clinic environment while communicating with medical staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably candidate specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality
• Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Able to work long hours or to do shift work as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks to ensure a high level of operational efficiency
• Coordinate patient care at the clinic.
• Order and keep stock of medication and manage clinic tasks
• Manage daily clinic operations, filing system and cleanliness
• Assist Doctor during medical examinations and minor surgical procedures
• Administer medication to patients based on a doctor's prescription.
• Communicate with doctors about patients’ progress and condition throughout treatment.
• Liaise with medical staff and patients in making appointments
• Update and document all medical care given to the patients.
• Deal with inquiries to provide non-clinical advice and information on clinic services
• To perform daily billing management and ensure all transactions are tally with the taking before closing accounts.
• To manage clinic administration work and company online system
• Monitor and order medicines and products
• To perform other tasks as and when requested from time to time
