Job summary

Aims Motion Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Penang invites applications for a Sales Application Engineer. This on-site role partners with customers to capture technical and application requirements, propose motion and aluminum profile solutions, and prepare quotations and proposals.

You will deliver pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinate with engineering and fabrication teams, demonstrate products, and nurture long-term client relationships to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales engineering and pre/post-sales support.
• Engineering background in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
• Experience with aluminum profiles and motion automation is preferred.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site with customers in Bayan Lepas.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and propose motion and aluminum profile solutions.
• Prepare quotations and project proposals.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Coordinate with engineering and fabrication teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth.
