AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Automation/Manufacturing sector in JB/Penang/Selangor. You will drive sales through effective channels, plan visits, and deliver product demonstrations to clients.

You will tailor solutions, manage local markets, and build long-term partnerships while staying ahead of market changes. A diploma/degree in engineering and 2–3 years of relevant sales experience are required, with own vehicle for visits.

Qualifications

• Have Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in equipment and/or solution sales in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to quickly grasp technical concepts and industry knowledge.
• Must be disciplined, independent, and able to work autonomously.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Must possess own vehicle for client visits and meetings.
• Compensation: Car Allowance, Monthly Sales Commission, Annual Performance Bonus).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing and directing effective sales channels.
• Plan and conduct sales visits and calls to build relationships and expand the customer base.
• Provide product demonstrations and maintenance services to clients.
• Propose product solutions tailored to customers' needs using your engineering knowledge.
• Develop and manage the local market and implement new marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers and managers for long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about market and customer changes to stay ahead of competition.
