Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Account Manager to lead a defined facilities management contract across multiple sites in Penang, Malaysia. This role holds full P&L ownership and is responsible for delivering hard and soft FM services, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in M&E/FM operations, strong governance, and people leadership. This is a full-time position based at Perai, Penang, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with ≥5 years managing industrial facilities.
• Experience leading operations across multiple sites.
• Strong financial governance and vendor management.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and CMMS software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead profit and loss for the account, driving revenue, cost control and growth.
• Maintain staffing structures balancing cost and service excellence across sites.
• Implement governance to meet regulatory and contract commitments.
• Drive customer communications and reporting per the Local Operating Model.
• Recruit and develop account team with succession planning.
• Oversee site operations, safety policy compliance, PM and vendor services.
