Job summary

TF-AMD Penang is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support costing, capacity planning and process improvement in a fast-paced factory environment. The role involves data collection, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with sales, finance and operations to ensure competitive pricing and timely RFQ responses.

Fresh graduates in Industrial Engineering or equivalent are welcome. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for China business support.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin to support China business operations.
Experience: 0–5 years in a high-paced environment with IE exposure.
Accounting and Financial Management knowledge.
Lean & Six Sigma knowledge.
Industrial engineering knowledge including capacity planning, work measurement, simulation, and operational modeling.

Responsibilities

Coordinate team to ensure on-time RFQ delivery and track customer needs.
Monitor actual performance and analyze gaps to standards.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to support costing and pricing.
Conduct monthly reconsolidation with Finance and customers and track KPIs (UPH, OEE).
Support capex projects and capacity planning through data collection and analysis.
Assist in updating manufacturing standards and drive a cost-reduction program.
