Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role located in Bayan Lepas. The Industrial Engineer will focus on improving manufacturing processes through data-driven analysis and innovative solutions. Daily responsibilities include performing workflow analysis, driving process improvements, analyzing production efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of industrial engineering initiatives. Additionally, the individual will contribute to the optimization of resources to enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering principles

Expertise in Process Improvement and workflow optimization techniques

Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings effectively

Proven ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies is an advantage

Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
