Job summary

MyGift Universal Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Customer Service Executive (5 days work) to handle inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp Business, and walk-in clients, and to recommend suitable products or solutions from the office/showroom.

The role involves preparing quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and meeting sales targets while maintaining CRM records and fostering repeat business with existing customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (SPM/STPM holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
• 1-3 years of sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (Fresh graduates are welcome for junior roles).
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Mandarin or other local dialects is an added advantage to liaise with specific client segments).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp Business, and walk-in clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or solutions.
• Prepare and issue formal quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Meet and exceed individual and team monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Follow up promptly on outstanding quotations and convert leads into finalized sales.
• Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and pipeline leads in the CRM system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product details, stock availability, pricing, and order status.
