Poly World ID (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Indoor Sales Representative for its renovation and building materials showroom in Kajang Bukit Angkat, near Jade Hills, Cheras. The role includes handling WhatsApp, calls and walk-ins to drive sales and meet targets.

Salary starts from RM 3,000 with commission and KPI bonus after confirmation; expected monthly income RM 3,500–RM 5,000++. Training is provided and EPF/SOCSO benefits apply, along with public holidays and annual leave.

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills required.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Training will be provided.

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins
• Understand customers’ renovation needs and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until sales are closed
• Explain product features, pricing and installation services
• Maintain good customer relationships and after-sales follow-up
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the operations and installation teams

Requirements:

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred

• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills
• Training will be provided

Working hours:

• Salary + commission + ( KPI bonus After Confrim )
• Month Rest 6 days
• Salary RM 3,000
