Mankind Space Creation (Mankind Solution Sdn Bhd) is seeking a Renovation Sales Executive (Landed Homes) to turn homeowner enquiries into signed renovation projects across the Klang Valley. The company provides qualified leads and you will work with designers to close deals.

Responsibilities include site visits with designers, presenting designs and quotes, negotiating contracts, and handing over to the project team while remaining the homeowner's main contact.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in renovation, interior design, property, construction, or other high‑value sales.
• Comfortable meeting homeowners and presenting quotations.
• Own transport for site visits across the Klang Valley.

• Follow up on company-provided leads and qualify homeowners' needs and budget.
• Visit sites across the Klang Valley with our interior designers.
• Present design concepts and quotations to homeowners.
• Negotiate and close renovation contracts (RM300k–RM1M).

Renovation Sales Executive (Landed Homes)

Mankind Space Creation (Mankind Solution Sdn Bhd) is a CIDB G5 and LAM-licensed design & build company in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, with over 1,000 projects completed across the Klang Valley since 2017. We specialise in landed homes: old-house rebuilds, extensions and full renovations, from 3D design to handover with our own in-house crew and carpentry factory.

About the Role

You turn homeowner enquiries into signed renovation projects. The company gives you qualified leads; you visit the site with our designers, present the design and quotation, and close the deal.

Responsibilities

Follow up on company-provided leads and qualify homeowners' needs and budget

Visit sites across the Klang Valley with our interior designers

Present design concepts and quotations to homeowners

Negotiate and close renovation contracts (typically RM300k - RM1M)

Hand over signed projects to the project team and stay the homeowner's main contact

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales experience (renovation, interior design, property, construction, solar, cars, furniture or other high-value sales)

Comfortable meeting homeowners and presenting quotations

Own transport for site visits across the Klang Valley

Renovation, construction or big-ticket sales experience is an advantage

Multilingual communication skills are an advantage

Monthly salary RM4,500 - RM6,500
