Job summary

Memoire Gift & Souvenir House is seeking a sales-focused individual to handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other channels, identify opportunities, and close sales by presenting products professionally and processing quotations and orders. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in sales or customer service is advantageous.

The role offers a base salary plus attractive commissions, with EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions, birthday leave, career development and a friendly working

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-driven.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
