Key duties include converting prospects into customers, cross-selling, providing product information, processing orders and payments, and capturing customer data. You will report to a Sales Manager and collaborate with the team on campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Converts prospects into customers and drives revenue.
• Uses selling skills to match products to customer needs.
• Cross-sells and up-sells products and services.
• Provides comparative and competitive information on consumer products.
• Promotes client brand by educating customers and inspiring trust.
• Handles product orders and processes transactions.
• Assists customers with web-based interactions and account details.
• Captures customer profile information and interaction history.
• Passes leads to the appropriate sales manager for follow-up.
• Provides order-related assistance and support to customers.
• Reports web-related problems to the client promptly.
• Subscribes customers to newsletters or other marketing tools.
• Works with a team and reports to a Sales Manager; performs ad hoc tasks.
