• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services
• Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Developing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs
• Conduct cost analysis and setting benchmarks for improvement
• Negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Facilitating and leading sourcing projects
• Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issue
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
