A BPO and Technology Solutions provider in Selangor is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate for the India market. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in telesales, fluent in English and Hindi, and possess strong interpersonal skills to engage potential clients. Responsibilities include promoting Retail FX & CFDs products, assisting clients with account opening, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
• 5+ years of experience in telesales or customer handling, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge or experience in the FX & CFDs industry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through telesales to promote our Retail FX & CFDs products.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing information and addressing concerns.
• Assist clients in the account opening process.
