Job summary

AVEVA Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Inbound Team Lead to manage a high-performing Lead Development Representative (LDR) team. You will oversee a team handling inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate qualification, and smooth handoff to sales.

You will coach LDRs, review performance against KPIs, and drive pipeline growth and revenue while maintaining SLA compliance and leveraging MEDDPICC qualification

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a team in Lead Development, Sales Development, or Business Development.
• 3+ years as individual contributor in related roles.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor Inbound LDRs to deliver results.
• Review call and lead quality against KPIs.
• Establish development plans for LDRs to foster growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
