AVEVA is seeking a dynamic LDR Manager to lead North Asia lead development across China, Japan, and Korea. Based in Kuala Lumpur with regional scope, you will drive net-new pipeline, coach a multi-country team, and partner with Sales and Marketing to align on accounts and campaigns.

You’ll apply coaching, KPI discipline, and AI-enabled productivity to build a high-performing team, optimize processes, and deliver measurable pipeline growth in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in LDR/BDR/Inside Sales leadership
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
• Experience managing regional or multi-country teams (preferred: North Asia)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret pipeline data and performance metrics
• Demonstrated success in performance management and coaching
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus

Responsabilités

• Own and drive net-new pipeline generation across North Asia markets.
• Deliver measurable impact on pipeline volume, value and velocity.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of LDRs across China, Japan and Korea.
• Establish KPIs, conduct 1:1s, reviews and pipeline inspections.
• Build PDPs and career pathways for team members.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for target accounts and campaigns.
• Drive adoption of CRM and sales tools; report performance dashboards.
• Champion AI-powered tools to improve prospecting efficiency and personalization.
