• Education background: Minimum SPM Level.
• Experience: 1-2 years working experience as front liner service, retailer or tele marketing.
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability and customer service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Provide product, pricing, and delivery information; verify and confirm customer details.
• Manage orders, cancellations, returns, and payment collection.
• Issue Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and related documents using the LN System.
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions, complaints, and transactions.
• Upload operation and sales enquiry reports to SharePoint.
• Track and confirm order status (local and outstation shipments).
• Assist warehouse operations when needed and verify incoming materials.
• Support cleanliness of the office and product display areas.
• Process branch EP orders for all products.
• Ensure timely filing and organization of documents.
