Job summary

INOVA AUTOMATION CO., LIMITED MALAYSIA REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with administrative and operational coordination. You will handle day-to-day tasks, scheduling, meetings, quotations, orders, contracts and CRM data, and coordinate across departments to ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Sales Support or related roles, strong English and Mandarin, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relative working experience.
• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Sales Administration, Business Support or related roles.
• Strong communication, coordination and task follow-up skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the local sales team.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-up.
• Support office administration, document preparation, filing, and daily office operations.
• Assist with internal communication and coordination across departments.
• Track and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Handle multiple routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with sales administration, including quotations, orders, contracts and related documentation.
• Support sales order processing and follow up with relevant internal teams on order status.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records and related databases.
• Assist with sales data collection and basic reporting.
