Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Provide product, pricing, and delivery information; verify and confirm customer details.
• Manage orders, cancellations, returns, and payment collection.
• Issue Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and related documents using the LN System.
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions, complaints, and transactions.
• Upload operation and sales enquiry reports to SharePoint.
• Track and confirm order status (local and outstation shipments).
• Assist warehouse operations when needed and verify incoming materials.
• Support cleanliness of the office and product display areas.
• Process branch EP orders for all products.
• Ensure timely filing and organization of documents.

About the Role

we are seeking a dedicated and customer focused In-House Sales Support Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—resolving inquiries, processing orders, and providing after-sales support. You’ll also be involved in product promotions, document handling, and warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries and resolve complaints.

Provide product, pricing, and delivery information; verify and confirm customer details.

Manage orders, cancellations, returns, and payment collection.

Issue Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and related documents using the LN System.

Maintain and update records of customer interactions, complaints, and transactions.

Upload operation and sales enquiry reports to SharePoint.

Track and confirm order status (local and outstation shipments).

Assist warehouse operations when needed and verify incoming materials.

Support cleanliness of the office and product display areas.

Process branch EP orders for all products.

Ensure timely filing and organization of documents.

Qualifications

Education Background: Minimum SPM Level
Experience: 1-2 years working experience as front liner service, retailer or tele marketing (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
