Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash Specialist to manage import and export shipments and support Buy & Sell activities. You will oversee the end-to-end process: order creation, on-time delivery, invoicing, and document compliance, across global hubs.

You will drive service levels, optimize costs, back up teammates, and lead improvement projects related to master data, systems, and process flows.

Competenze

• Three years of customer service experience in a similar market or trade environment.
• Solid understanding of the Order-to-Cash process and end-to-end flow.
• Experience with import/export operations and logistics terminology.

Mansioni

• Drive E2E Order-to-Cash operations to ensure on-time order creation, delivery, and invoicing.
• Coordinate import/export shipments across hubs to support global Buy & Sell activities.
• Identify process improvements and lead small projects for data maintenance and system upgrades.
• Review customer activity and KPIs to optimize service levels and reduce costs.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with SOPs.

Manage the Import & Export shipment to support the Buy&Sell activity. Effectively manage the Order-to-Cash process worldwide to maximize customer service levels. Order creation on time, deliver on time, Invoice on time, and documents on time on within the required compliance needs. Also managing some project that improve the existing process, project for product launch and data maintenance in system.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sustainable Customer Service Operations with best in class service level
• Manage E2E of Order-to-Cash cycle, optimize and reduce operational cost
• Support & backup each other Import & Export Specialist between hubs across the world
• Always with continuous improvement mindset for the team / function
• Review customer activity, identify trends and take corrective actions where necessary
• Always get feedback from customers to continue improve the necessar
• Build relationship with key stakeholders (Suppliers, customer, buyers, DSP and PLOG)
• Ensure follow best practices and complience of Import & Export teams (SOPs)
• Manage current / planned projects and their status in order to launch them on time including all the necessary steps that need to be coordinated : master data (material, vendor, customer) and transportation route set up, IMSPB validation
• Always review and update the process flow to continous improvement and meet the compliance.

Requirements:

• Three years (preferably operational) experience in Customer Service in a similar market environment or trade structureor operational experience in one of the following areas:-
• Physical Logistics
• Demand or Supply Planning
• Project management in a CS related areaDealing or working with/for Customers or Suppliers (Distributors, Retailers,Suppliers,
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash Process and key variants Best Practices, End-to-End processes and the critical relevant integration points
• Key Performance Measurements for Customer Service Broad knowledge
• Recommended to have used the Customer Service eAcademy and other customer service related courses e.g. Accenture's Supply Chain Academy
• Unders stands the interaction of all Supply Chain KPI’s e.g. Case Fill Rate, Order Fulfillment, Invoice Accuracy, Inventory Levels, Net Trade Working Capital, Returns and Refusals
