• Oversee daily import and export operations to ensure timely shipments.
• Handle export documentation and data entry to comply with standards.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas partners, carriers and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Review monthly P&L and submit reports within timelines.
• Negotiate buying rates with carriers and NVOCCs to optimize profitability.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
• Update internal tariffs based on market rates and validity periods.
• Support sales in business development and customer inquiries; promote ECU360.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and respond to inquiries; provide updates to management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee and manage daily import and export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Handle all export documentation and data entry requirements in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Ensure smooth coordination with customers, overseas partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Review monthly Profit & Loss statements and submit closing reports within established timelines.
• Negotiate competitive buying rates with shipping lines, carriers, and NVOCCs to optimize profitability.
• Maintain and manage strong commercial relationships with carriers and logistics partners.

Tariff & Pricing Management

• Update and maintain internal tariffs based on current market rates and validity periods.
• Validate and distribute tariff updates to the sales team before month-end.
• Obtain and monitor latest carrier tariffs, local charges, and vessel schedules.

Business Development Support

• Act as key operational support to the sales team in business acquisition and customer retention activities.
• Assist with customer inquiries, pricing requests, and solution development.
• Promote and drive customer adoption of the ECU360 digital platform.

Coordination & Customer Service

• Manage business coordination with overseas offices and partners.
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality service and operational support.

Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain daily shipment and inquiry reports.
• Update and manage FOB shipment shipper contact databases.
• Provide regular operational updates and performance insights to management.
