Tonyshare Electronic Material Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Penang to manage daily import/export activities and ensure timely shipments.
You will prepare and verify shipping documents, coordinate with freight forwarders, and monitor shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Handle daily import and export activities and ensure shipments are arranged on time.
Prepare and verify import/export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders and shipping documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs agents, suppliers and customers.
Arrange and monitor import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
Track shipment status and follow up with forwarders and transporters.
Assist in customs clearance and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Prepare and submit relevant customs and shipping documents when required.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export procedures and company policies.
Maintain proper records of import/export transactions and shipment documents.
Liaise with internal departments such as Warehouse, Purchasing, Production and Finance regarding shipment arrangements.
Assist in checking freight charges and other logistics-related invoices.
Handle other logistics and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in import/export or logistics operations will be an advantage.
Familiar with shipping documents and customs procedures.
Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
