Job summary

HYRED is seeking a Project Coordinator to support client engagements across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, tracking risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will gather requirements, coordinate across departments, and help keep engagements on track from day to day.

The role requires 3–5 years in project coordination or similar roles, preferably within a consulting or client-facing environment, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, client services or a similar role (3–5 years).
• Experience in consulting, agency, or client-facing environments.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple priorities.
• Confident in communicating with stakeholders from different departments.
• Detail-oriented with ability to track actions, risks, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is beneficial.
• Familiarity with project management, tracking or resource planning tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Gather operational and functional requirements across client departments.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure stakeholders use the latest information.
• Maintain risk logs and provide regular progress updates and reporting.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, governance meetings, and cross-functional sessions.
• Serve as day-to-day contact between engagement team and client leads.
• Identify emerging risks and dependencies before delivery impact.
• Support timelines and overall delivery of engagements.
