Job summary

Aggreko in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an Operations Administrator to provide operational administration to support compliant, efficient site operations and procurement workflows for power generation equipment.

You will coordinate procurement, PO creation in ERP, supplier vetting, and ensure adherence to SOPs, ESG, and regulatory requirements, with occasional travel within Malaysia and to Singapore.

Qualifications

• University Degree / Specialized Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in procurement, sourcing manpower services or operational administration.
• Experience with vendors across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Power generation, energy, utilities or related sector preferred.
• Willing to work onsite with travel within Malaysia and to Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Source and select suppliers based on cost, quality and delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs and delivery terms to maximize value.
• Process requisitions and issue POs via ERP systems.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation and SOP compliance.
