Job summary

Cochlear Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee the flow of materials from receipt to dispatch. You will ensure proper storage, accurate handling, and timely shipping using ERP systems. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continual process improvement.

You will work in a hands-on warehouse environment, coordinating with manufacturing and repairs teams while maintaining compliance with QMS and 5S/ESD standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or similar is required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse/logistics operation experience.
• Strong computer literacy with Excel and Word.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and couriers in a compliant manner.
• Ensure proper product identification, storage, and handling per QMS.
• Pick, pack and issue materials for manufacturing and repairs.
• Perform shipping in Oracle and book courier shipments.
• Participate in cycle counts and stock takes.
• Adhere to 5S, ESD and safety procedures.
