Qualifications

• A degree in Law, Business, or a related field and 3–5 years of compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and implement controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify risks and gaps.
• Collaborate with business units to implement effective compliance controls.
• Provide training and guidance on policies and procedures.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards.
