Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Banking knowledge or experience is helpful in operations, processes, products, and regulations.
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Organised, meticulous, proactive, with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compliance requirements (BB Risk Calculators, EDD/ODD, AML/Sanctions) for RM review.
• Gather necessary customer information to complete compliance assessments for RM sign-off.
• Support Business Units with KYC, OFAC, and other internal/external regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and breaches.
