Job summary

OCBC is recruiting a Business Compliance Officer to ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to identify risks and implement controls that safeguard the bank's integrity and reputation.

Qualifications

Diploma or advanced diploma in any field is required.
2+ years banking experience is recommended.
Experience with KYC, AML/OFAC checks is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing compliance related requirements (e.g., BB Risk Calculators, EDD/ODD).
Obtain information from customers to complete compliance assessments for RM sign-off.
Support Business Units with KYC, OFAC, and other internal/external requirements.
Monitor and track regulatory compliance and breaches.
Attend to customer inquiries and requests related to loans, deposits, and other operations.
