Job summary

Startek Malaysia is hiring a Telesales Executive to drive outbound sales, build relationships, and meet targets in a dynamic team. The role requires Mandarin language proficiency and fluent English, with basic Excel and CRM skills.

We offer a 9 AM - 6 PM workday from Monday to Friday, no weekend shifts, and a supportive environment that emphasizes training and professional growth. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; related experience is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin communication.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer literacy (Excel; CRM systems) is required or advantageous.
