ILC Provisioning & Service Delivery Engineer

Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is launching a Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur and seeks a Service Provisioning Engineer to manage end-to-end delivery of International Leased Circuit services. You’ll coordinate provisioning, testing, and activation, while meeting timelines and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include handling provisioning requests, change control, incident management, and ongoing reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications service delivery, provisioning, order fulfilment, or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating International Leased Circuit (ILC) or enterprise telecom services is an asset.
• Knowledge of network architecture and basic networking principles.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end provisioning, implementation, testing, and activation of customer Transport (Layer 2) services.
• Manage provisioning, change requests, and service cessation in line with processes.
• Ensure milestones and delivery timelines are met and monitor progress.
• Address implementation risks and delays proactively.
• Coordinate with LSPs, partners, and internal teams for incident resolution.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and escalate high-impact issues.
• Identify process improvements to raise service quality and governance.
