Job summary

Singtel KL (Sudong MY Sdn Bhd) is launching a Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur and seeks a GSP Provisioning Engineer to support provisioning, implementation, and operational delivery of enterprise IP and managed network services.

The role involves coordinating with customers, project teams, field engineers, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, testing, and activation of services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Physics, Engineering or related field.
Experience in network engineering, telecommunications, or enterprise network operations.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or JNCIA (or equivalent).
Strong IP networking and enterprise connectivity knowledge.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional and regional teams.

Responsibilities

Provision, configure, test, and activate enterprise IP and managed network services with customers and field engineering teams.
Validate customer service orders for readiness and service quality.
Support deployment of IPVPN, Ethernet, Metro Ethernet, Cloud, Managed Services, and other connectivity solutions.
Ensure activities are completed accurately and within agreed delivery timelines.
