Job summary

We are hiring a Provisioning Engineer to oversee end-to-end provisioning and implementation of telecommunication services, ensuring timely delivery and accurate configuration through effective stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/Telecommunications/Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom provisioning, network operations, service delivery, or technical support.
• Experience with telecom provisioning systems or network management tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of network connectivity, international leased circuits, internet services, and telecom infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end provisioning and implementation of telecom services.
• Coordinate provisioning activities with internal teams, partners and customers.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with schedules, requirements and standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records, network diagrams and configurations.
• Support service activation, testing and commissioning activities.
