Qualifications

• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling and coordination of technology projects from initiation through to completion.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports and meeting minutes.
• Scheduling and coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas and distributing communications to all stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, tracking milestones and identifying risks or issues that may impact delivery.
• Supporting the coordination of resources, equipment and materials required for project execution.
• Liaising between project teams, business units and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Assisting with project budget tracking, expense reporting and resource allocation.
• Maintaining project management systems and databases to ensure accurate and current project information.
• Supporting the preparation of project status updates and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Contributing to process improvements and best practice implementation within the project management function.

Responsibilities
