Job summary

Acotec Sdn Bhd, part of the OSK Group, seeks a Project Manager to lead precast wall installation projects from planning to completion. You will liaise with clients, consultants and site teams to ensure safety, schedule adherence and quality.

This role requires strong communication, planning and problem-solving abilities to drive successful project outcomes. Applicants should have 5–7 years of relevant IBS/precast experience, a civil engineering or PM degree, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in IBS, precast, or related industries.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or PM with a track record of project delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee precast wall installation projects from start to finish.
• Ensure safety, schedule, scope and quality requirements are met throughout execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Manage changes, risks and site needs, updating plans and communicating updates.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation and records.
