Job summary

Engineering & Project Management Services in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control for IBS-based construction projects. You will develop baselines, WBS, master schedules for pre-manufacturing and on-site installation, and manage vendors, logistics, and on-site teams with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation, stakeholder reporting, and ensuring compliance with CIDB guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum project management experience in construction projects.
• Experience with cost control and budgeting.
• Familiarity with IBS or prefabricated construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project baselines, WBS, and master schedules for IBS projects.
• Coordinate with off-site factories, logistics, and on-site crews.
• Monitor costs and change orders to keep within budget.
