• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, objectives and timelines.
• Allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labour, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, such as developing contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure they remain within budgetary constraints and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time to meet project deadlines.
• Facilitating communication among clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that work meets specified standards and adheres to relevant regulations and codes.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for all project participants.
• Addressing issues and resolving conflicts that arise during the course of the project, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, variation orders, and other relevant records.
