Job summary

Nutanix Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Subscription Account Manager to support the Thailand market and drive renewal revenue with our enterprise cloud solutions. You will advise customers, coordinate with field sales, SEs and renewal quotes teams to maximize adoption and retention.

You will build tailored engagement plans, manage renewal forecasting, and help customers realize the full value of Nutanix offerings while contributing to regional revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with renewal and recurring revenue model.
• Strong English and Thai language skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain renewal cadence to drive adoption and renewals.
• Coordinate with Sales, SE, and Renewal Quoting to optimize customer experience.
• Forecast renewals and manage renewal opportunities.
