Job summary

Nutanix is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional in Kuala Lumpur to drive adoption and success for 10–12 strategic customers. The role focuses on post-sales relationship management, architectural alignment, and proactive engagement with customer IT operations and leadership.

You will collaborate across teams, define success plans, and strive to ensure value realization through hybrid multicloud solutions.

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles with credibility with senior audiences.
Experience with ITIL, TOGAF and architectural frameworks.
Deep technical knowledge of data center technology and virtualization, hybrid multicloud.
Relevant certifications such as NCX, ITIL v4, TOGAF are preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts to ensure their success with Nutanix technology.
Act as post-sales trusted advisor for 10–12 strategic customers from deployment to adoption and expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize resource utilization and meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with customers to understand business goals and technical needs.
Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers to align outcomes.
