Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a capable Sales Engineer to drive OEM customer development and market expansion in Malaysia. The role requires proactive engagement, bid management, and cross-functional collaboration with design institutions and marketing to secure projects and meet annual sales targets.

The position operates in a hybrid model with onsite work at a designated Regal Rexnord location, and flexibility for remote work where feasible.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or equivalent.
3–5 years of engineering sales experience in project-based business.
English and Mandarin proficiency.
Networking with AHU, Semiconductor, and Data Centre sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Proactively develop OEM customers in Malaysia.
Drive new business hunting.
Build targeted customer connections for project cooperation.
Provide full-process solutions covering product matching and pricing quotation.
Achieve the annual AOP sales target.
Develop multiple channels and manage relations with key stakeholders to expand the network.
Track, bid, sign orders and information collection of projects, managing the project pipeline.
Cooperate with design institutions and industrial agents to bid for projects.
Work with marketing team to build up company branding.
