Job summary

TMF Group Malaysia invites an Associate to join our HR & Payroll Services Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle end-to-end payroll processes, client files, and statutory submissions, while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR/payroll, a bachelor’s degree, and fluent English and Chinese. We offer hybrid work, ongoing training, and a focused, collaborative environment within a global services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (HRM/Math/Accounting/Business preferred).
• 1–2 years HR/payroll experience in payroll outsourcing.
• Experience handling client escalations and solving problems.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-minded and numerically inclined.
• Fresh graduates with internship in Payroll/Audit considered.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain each client file.
• End-to-end payroll processing with medium complexity.
• Data input in payroll system; monthly payroll calculations.
• Final payment calculation; employee benefits administration.
• Monitor fund requests and deadlines; ensure timely invoicing.
• Statutory submissions: Employer’s Tax Return and Monthly Pension.
• Adhere to ISAE 3402 / OSPAR / ISO 27001 standards.

TMF Group is currently looking for Associate to join our HR & Payroll Services Team.

What You'll Do:

• Create and maintain each Client file which may include filing folders, work instruction, payroll calendar, trusted source, etc.
• Performs End to End payroll with medium complexity, including:
• data input in payroll system
• data input in payroll system
• monthly payroll calculations,
• final payment calculation,
• employee benefits administration (leave, claims, etc.),
• monitoring fund request and receipt by deadlines,
• cash summary.
• Perform statutory submissions: Preparation of Employer’s Tax Return and Monthly Pension submission.
• Adherence to ISAE 3402 / OSPAR / ISO 27001 standards.
• Ensure client are invoiced correctly and timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Have:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in any field of study preferably in HRM, Mathematics, Accounting or Business-related discipline.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in HR/ Payroll in payroll outsourcing company. No relevant experience will not be considered.
• Has experience handling client escalations, complaints & problem solving.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Detail-minded and numerical sensitive person
• Fresh Graduate with professional firm intern experience in Payroll / Audit will be considered.
