Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an Associate to join the HR & Payroll Services Team in Malaysia. You will handle end-to-end payroll, input data, run monthly calculations, manage employee benefits, and ensure timely fund requests and authoritative statutory submissions.

The role requires a degree in HRM/Business and 1–2 years of HR/payroll experience, with fluency in English and Chinese and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in HRM/Accounting/Business or related.
1–2 years of HR/payroll experience in payroll outsourcing preferred.
Experience handling client escalations and problem solving.
Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain each Client file (filing folders, work instruction, payroll calendar, trusted source).
Perform End to End payroll with medium complexity: input data in payroll system, monthly payroll calculations, final payments, and employee benefits administration.
Monitor fund requests and receipts by deadlines; prepare cash summaries.
Conduct statutory submissions: Employer’s Tax Return and Monthly Pension submission.
Adhere to ISAE 3402/OSPAR/ISO27001 standards.
Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
