Job summary

TMF Group Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate for HR & Payroll Services (TW support) in a hybrid Kuala Lumpur role. The candidate will perform monthly payroll calculations, payroll reports, and benefits administration while handling social insurance for clients.

Requirements include a tertiary qualification in Business/HR/Accounting, at least 1 year of payroll experience (Taiwan payroll highly preferred), and fluency in Mandarin with strong English.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency is a must with strong command of English.
• Knowledge of Labour Standards Act and payroll regulations.
• Minimum 1 year of payroll experience; Taiwan payroll experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily payroll tasks including monthly calculations, registers, final payments and data input.
• Handle mandatory social insurance administration for clients.
• Assist in startup and payroll administration for new clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
