We are looking for an Executive, Accounting & Tax to be based in KL.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Accounts Payable operations and ensure compliance.
• Assist in Payments selection & bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing Month End closing activities i.e. monthly reconciliation with GL, AP&AR Confirmation, GST/VAT reporting, BS review, etc.
• Assist in sampling audit for AP invoices & Claims expenses related
• Assist in internal and external AP-related enquiries & discrepancies and resolve any problems in a timely manner.
• Contributes towards systems, processes, policies, and procedures improvements.
• Prepares periodical/ad-hoc reports and presentations.
• Involve in AP P2P, Claims, Master Data & New ERP migration Projects.
• Assist in new entity migration & stabilization
• Participate in any ad-hoc assignments.
• Handling Taiwan AP in Chinese Language System

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Degree in Finance / Accounting.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with peers and engage in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in MS applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous, good analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good team spirit with leadership skills.
• Dependable and result driven.
• Able to read and write in Chinese
