Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service professional to handle inquiries across calls, live chats, and emails, supporting Malaysia, China and Hong Kong markets.

You will engage with customers from diverse markets, using product knowledge to provide accurate information, build loyalty, and contribute to a positive brand experience. The role requires a Diploma or Degree and 2-3 years in customer experience, with a willingness to work rotational shifts in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 2-3 years in a customer experience / contact centre / sales environment.
• Automotive experience is a welcome advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Chinese and Cantonese.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts and a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience across inbound calls, live chats, and emails.
• Convert cold-flow ad leads into high-converting sales across Malaysia, China and Hong Kong markets.
• Provide accurate product/service consultation while building long-term customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage high-volume customer touchpoints.
