Job summary

AvePoint Malaysia is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to become an expert in our product suite and resolve complex issues for enterprise customers. You will work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and account managers, to deliver timely solutions and improved customer outcomes.

You will troubleshoot using Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Office 365, Azure, SQL Server, Windows Server, and IIS, while developing your technical and leadership skills

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in IT related field (Computer Science majors preferred, but not required).
• 1 to 5 years of technical software support or help desk experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a highly collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to continuous education and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Strong interest or experience with Microsoft technology stack (SharePoint, Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS).
• Work Schedule: Rotating Shift
• Hybrid Setup - 2 days WFH, 3 days Onsite.

Responsibilities

• Product Support: Become an expert in our product suite and work hands-on with Microsoft technologies.
• Customer Service: Deliver effective resolutions and answers to customer issues and inquiries.
• Serve as the support contact for customers via phone, email, or remote sessions.
• Analyze complex issues by reviewing logs and using root cause analysis.
• Oversee interdepartmental collaboration to ensure prompt delivery of requests.
• Contribute to public-facing articles based on found issues.
• Learn about our technology through on-the-job training.
