Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment operations or related financial services.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income, FX transactions, unit trusts and private retirement schemes.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements from Securities Commission Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia and AML/CFT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investment operations and trade settlement, ensuring accurate settlement and monitoring of activities across money market, equity, fixed income, FX and hedging.
• Prepare client reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and operational issues.
• Manage cash transactions, monitoring, projections, and income distributions.
