Job summary

Lam Equity Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated HR intern to support the Employee Lifecycle, documentation, handbook review and process improvements within our HR team. You will gain hands-on exposure to onboarding, offboarding, recruitment support and staff engagement while handling confidential information with integrity.

This role offers a monthly allowance of RM 800–1,000 for 4–6 months, with hybrid work and free parking.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with office management procedures preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Office, especially Excel and Sheets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good written/spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Employee Lifecycle & HR Data Management from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist in HR Documentation, administration and filing of HR records.
• Assist in reviewing and updating the Employee Handbook sections as directed.
• Assist in developing internal HR guidelines and process documentation.
• Assist in recruitment activities: posting vacancies, screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR ad-hoc tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
