The role provides exposure to employee records, recruitment support, training coordination, and compliance documentation, while you learn from the HR and Compliance teams. You will gain hands-on experience in audits, policy maintenance, and document control, with responsibilities spanning data entry, onboarding, letters and reports, and internal communications.

Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months
We are looking for an HR & Compliance Intern to support daily administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks within the HR and Compliance functions. The intern will gain exposure to employee records, recruitment support, training coordination, internal compliance documentation, audits, policies, and general office administration.
Assist with HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, employee records, and document updates.
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding preparation.
Assist in preparing HR letters, forms, memos, trackers, and reports.
Support training coordination, including attendance tracking, certificates, and training records.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR communication.
Maintain and update compliance records, registers, policies, procedures, and related documentation.
Support internal audit preparation by compiling documents, checking records, and organizing evidence.
Assist in monitoring completion of mandatory compliance training or declarations.
Help coordinate compliance reminders, follow-ups, and documentation with relevant departments.
Assist in preparing simple compliance reports, summaries, meeting notes, and presentations.
Support document control activities, including version updates, filing, scanning, and maintaining soft copy records.
Perform any other HR or Compliance-related duties assigned by the HR / Compliance team.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Good command of English. Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
Willing to learn and support both administrative and documentation-related tasks.
