Job summary

Businesslist seeks a Customs Operations Executive to support international markets with customs compliance and trade operations. You will review documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements in a regional service hub.

The role requires a Bachelor's in supply chain or related field and 1–2 years in customs or logistics, with attention to regulatory detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in customs, foreign trade, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Understanding of customs regulations, import/export processes, and trade compliance principles.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation and managing compliance-related activities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for operational issues.
• Collaborating with regional and global stakeholders across functions.
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Flexibility to support stakeholders across different time zones (EMEA hours).

Responsibilities

• Support customs-related operations and service requests across international markets.
• Review, validate, and manage import/export documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on customs, trade compliance, and supply chain activities.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with evolving customs requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customs-related discrepancies, shipment delays, and documentation issues.
• Support reporting, dashboard preparation, and data management initiatives.
• Contribute to process standardization, documentation, automation, and digitalization.
• Assist in customs compliance assessments, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
