Job summary

Coface is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support sales teams and regional leaders, ensuring CRM hygiene, KPI reporting, and forecasts, while assisting with commissions and revenue planning.

You will collaborate with Group Commercial Operations and regional finance to align metrics, provide monthly forecasts, and support contract management. The role offers a hybrid working model and clear career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years experience in commercial operations or sales support.
• Strong numerical skills; Excel expert with data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM discipline and hygiene with the sales team.
• Provide dashboards and KPI reports for commercial teams.
• Generate forecasts and assist in quarterly attainment and commissions.
• Coordinate with regional finance to ensure KPI definitions are followed.
• Support monthly forecasts with calls outs for material changes.
• Assist budgeting and landing estimate exercises throughout the year.
• Manage contract repository and templates; align legal reviews with counsel.
